1 month agoI popped into this boutique whilst on a trip to Sitges. The clothes were lovely, so I bought a summer dress. The very first day I wore it, one of the straps came loose. It looked as though the elastic had snapped. I returned the dress because it was clearly faulty. Who wears a dress just once and has a strap snap? The man – who I think was the owner – recognised me, looked at the dress and said it had never happened before. Great, this time it really had happened. Anyway, we were leaving the next day and I asked for a refund, but he refused. He even accused me of damaging the dress on purpose. I was flabbergasted. Why on earth would I do that? After arguing for a while, he offered to fix it, but that would take time which he didn’t have. So I ended up returning to the US with the damaged dress and feeling very disappointed. I took it to a dressmaker when I got home and they were able to fix it. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because of the hassle I had in the shop and because I had to spend more money on repairing a brand-new dress. But it’s a lovely dress and it looks great. If you buy a dress and don’t have any problems, you’ll have a brilliant experience. But if any problems do arise, they won’t help you. So, basically, buy at your own risk.

A year agoThe best shop ever – everything’s absolutely lovely and I’d highly recommend it, and the shop assistant is just as lovely as her husband

A year agoI bought two dresses there. I’d actually only gone in for one, but there were so many lovely ones… and the shop assistant (or owner) seemed absolutely lovely; she gave me some advice and got it spot on. I left feeling absolutely delighted.
